Hampstead Academy Hosts Rainforest Reptile Show

Our HA community enjoyed getting up close to some very exotic friends from the rainforest! Rainforests provide habitat for approximately 50% of the world's plants and animals found on land. They take in carbon dioxide and give off oxygen and help maintain global weather patterns and rainfall. The Amazon rainforest alone provides 15%-20% of the water that flows from the world's rivers into our oceans!
