Morning Drop Off Update To ensure a safe and efficient drop off in the morning please note the following updates:
Parents of Achievers and their siblings should be dropped off at the upper entrance to the STEAM Building. Parents may drive in, take the immediate left, and drop off without circling the main building. Siblings of Achievers will be escorted by a staff member down the walking path to the main building.
Parents of Pre-K students should line up for drop off as close to the island as possible to allow cars to pass on the right. Please reach out to Ms. Labo if you have questions.
2023-2024 Re-Enrollment Thank You for re-enrolling! Confirming re-enrollment for the 2023-2024 academic school year is important to be fully prepared with faculty, sustain current classroom maximum enrollments, and programs for next year. Hampstead Academy raised $86 for Catie’s Closet for the Month of January! $2 dress down Friday funds for February will go to the American Red Cross. LEtGO Your Mind July 24th - July 28th 2023 Hampstead Academy will be hosting LegoYourMind a one week camp July 24th - July 28th 2023. There will be two classes offered ages 6-8 and ages 9-13 Mon - Fri 9AM -3PM. Seats are limited and more information will be coming soon! A BIG Thank You to Mrs. Mamacos for being our parent presenter in this morning’s assembly! We were so fortunate to hear all about what Civil Engineers do! We will think differently about what goes into building bridges the next time we cross one!
We took advantage of the snow this week with some extra time outside to go sledding & explore more! Pure Joy!
Building skills our Achievers & Dreamers use to succeed at anything they set their minds to: problem-solving skills, teamwork capabilities, & perseverance. Students were asked to work together to build an igloo in under 30 minutes. Instead of working separately, they had to learn to communicate effectively to assign jobs & achieve their goal.
Our Dreamers got to present their US state reports this week!
Just another amazing multi-age STEM classroom building leadership, social and emotional skills. Children develop a sense of family with their classmates. They become a "family of learners" who support and care for each other. Older children have the opportunity to serve as mentors and to take leadership roles. Children are more likely to cooperate than compete. Mission accomplished!
