Our DREAMERS took their classroom outside to study and make observations about force, friction, and motion. Newton’s third law of motion explains how a balloon can zoom across the room! For every action there is an equal but opposite reaction. As air releases out in one direction the force propels the balloon in the opposite direction like a rocket!
STEAM CLUB was all a buzz this week! Students were challenged to construct a robot out of basic materials that could withstand the battle of the bots which was controlled remotely by other students. The last bot standing wins!
Our STEAMERS, DREAMERS, and ACHIEVERS all worked together to make the biggest Valentine seen from the sky! Teamwork makes the dream work!
ACHIEVERS finalized their recipes and have officially begun selling their product! We had one investor last week and another potential parent on a tour of the campus offered to donate $150 to the cookie cause! Well Done B.W.B.P! Now this is EMPOWERING!
