Mindy’s Field Trip with Robert On Thursday, Robert and Mindy traveled to Cambridge, MA to tour and visit with the Founder of NuVu Studio. NuVu is an educational facility for high school students (Check out their website! https://cambridge.nuvustudio.com) Talk about an amazing “vision” for me, as this school shows what the dynamics of learning looks like for students who are preparing for their futures in the most exciting ways! Looking forward to talking to you all about it, as we create a similar environment here in Hampstead! I’m so thrilled to be taking on the job of creating the vision of entrepreneurial new school education!
Invitations Click Here for Calendar of Events Applecrest Farm Family Fun Day Saturday September 17th 2PM All are welcome to join other HA families outside of school for a beautiful afternoon at Applecrest Farm 133 Exeter Rd Hampton Fall, NH. Enjoy picking your own apples, feeding the goats, browsing the store, or getting a bite to eat with friends! We will gather where the goats are at 2PM. HA Fun Run Friday September 23rd 3PM Hampstead Academy will be raising funds throughout the year. Money collected through donations like the Fun Run will go toward supplies for student projects, teacher appreciation week, as well as other fun activities for the students during the school year. Our first fundraiser will be a quick 30 minute fun run for students. A pledge form will be going home with students today. HA School Directory Forms Due Sept 16th Thank you to all the families who have returned their School Directory Form. If you would still like to submit your form in order to CONNECT with other families in our community, please return the School Directory Form no later than Friday, September 16th. A final list will be shared with our internal community only. Coffee with Mindy During the last week of each month, our Head of School will reserve a morning to spend with parents over coffee or tea. On Friday, September 30th at 9:00am parents are welcome to come on in and chat about how things are going, and share/discuss some fun ideas for future events and activities.
Highlights of the Week
Pre-Kindergarten learning how to code our Bee-bots to make the dominos fall!
Ms. St. Pierre has begun the Hampstead Academy train project! It’s full STEAM ahead for this class! They are assigned to create a company, put a business plan in place, and refurbish the train! Stay tuned for updates on progress!

Grades 3-5 learned how to code their very own avatars! Some even danced to music!
Ms. Roberts class has been creating circuits and making motors work, alarms sound, and lights turn on!
Ms. Cummings introduced knitting to the community! We may have a knitting club forming for the winter! : )
The grade 3-5 music students were full of smiles during our first combined class. So much talent in one room-- we are going to have a fantastic year!
