Learning with Leaves

Our Pre-K friends learned all about New England Maple Trees this week! Students collected, color sorted, created, and counted with the fallen leaves. Students listened to “Red Leaf, Yellow Leaf” and learned all about the life cycle of a tree, photosynthesis, how sap circulates, and how the Maple Tree is a preferred nesting place and soft sweet treat for birds! #hampsteadacademy#haprek#learnfromtheworldaroundyou#createmakeandplay
